  • My art piece challenges companies that cover up their corporate practices through consumer. Milky Way’s “sustainably sourced” palm oil contributes to widespread deforestation, a fact often overlooked by the promise of candy. In a world of consumerism, it is easy for us to get distracted.

  • This is a book cover I designed for the podcastYu-Gi-Oh!‍ ‍by Andrew McGill. Yu-Gi-Oh! is a true story about McGill’s childhood, in which he was forced to stop playing the game Yu-Gi-Oh!, which resulted in him losing his friends and eventually catfishing people online. My cover represents how “gutted” McGill felt when he catfished strangers and was forced to hide his love of Yu-Gi-Oh! from his friends.

  • This GIF represents all the times I've hit my phone out of rage, something that I consider to be a bad habit. I chose to animate my GIF, as animation better expresses the intensity of my anger, as well as improve my animation skills. Slow motion emphasizes the effect that blind rage has on us. How you're so angry that you don't care how you react, and only after we vent do we slow down and realize how foolish we acted.

  • This family bowling night poster was created in the Swiss aesthetic. The red lines going across the bowling pins gives the pins a recognizable yet simple look.

  • This remix is based off the concept of a collage, combining premade pieces/clips into one project and creating something new. Rather than having a specific narrative in mind, I let whatever random discussions within the scenes decide which clip I would use next.

  • This is a poster for Mount Rainier National Park that I created using Adobe Photoshop. My goal was to show the contrast between the greenery surrounding Mt. Rainer with the blue and gray hues of the mountain itself. I was partially inspired by retro sci-fi posters, with their bright colors and somewhat simple illustrations.

  • Our instructions for this assignment was to design a surreal or abstract image montage using two or more of the four elements: Earth, Water, Air, Fire. Because I think of fire as something hungry, I themed my piece around a fruit bowl. I picked passion fruits since fire can be seen as passionate. The crater serving as the bowl incorporates earth into the artwork.

  • This is a 3D model of a Gazebo I created for a playable 3D environment. Sculpting, texturing, and lighting were all done by me.

  • My zine highlights the fallacy of thinking that extreme suffering is the only way one can become a hero, which diminishes the significance of our own struggles. To evaluate who a person can and cannot be based solely on your own definition of suffering only shows a disregard for other’s feelings.

my version of a Mt. Rainier National Park brochure describes the historical significance of Mt. Rainier, as well as the hiking paths and wildlife within the park. The back features several campsite and hiking maps, and an overall map of the entire park.
